We have approximately 40 members and meet on the second Wednesday of every month at the Institute, High Street, Kelvedon at 8.00pm. Car parking is available free at the village car park next to the Conservative club.

We also have several special interest groups that meet on a regular basis for walking, cycling , art and also a craft group.

Visitors are welcome to come and join us at any of our meetings. All we ask is a donation of £2 to cover expenses. At the meeting as well as having an interesting speaker or activity we enjoy social time with a cup of tea or coffee and homemade cakes. In addition to the regular meetings we have outings and trips to places of interest.

Become a member of your local WI and have a powerful voice on local, national and international issues. Membership offers a whole range of opportunities including monthly meetings, our membership magazine  W I Life, and the chance to take part in wide-ranging activities. Join Kelvedon WI for £29.50 a year by  coming along to one of our monthly meetings. The Treasurer will make a note of your details and after paying the annual subscription you will receive a membership pack and programme for the year. If you become a member during the last 3 months of the year you will not have to pay the annual subscription for the following year.
