Meetings

Meeting are held every 2^nd Wednesday of the month at the Institute, Kelvedon, doors open 7.45pm, Meeting starts 8pm, unless otherwise stated. An entrance fee of 25p is charged to cover the cost of refreshments

FREE Parking is available at the back of the Institute, entrance by the Conservative club

         COMPETITION At each meeting we hold a fun competition usually related to        the topic of the evening. All members are welcome to participate. A record is        kept of those coming First, Second and Third in the competition and at our AGM        in October the member with the most points wins a Silver Rosebowl.

       RAFFLE tickets are on sale at 50p and proceeds are currently donated to Two       Villages Community Association, Macmillan Nurses and Marie Curie Cancer Care

       SALES TABLE is full of items brough by members for sale. 20% of the proceeds       from the sale are given to WI funds and the remaining 80% given to the member       who brought the item. Members fix their own price for the goods they bring and
      are responsible for informing the stall keeper. Any unsold goods must be taken
      home after the meeting.

       CUTLERY
       We hold 100 sets of cutlery which are available to hire proceeds this year have
       been donated to Helen Rollason Cancer Care.
