Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at The Institute, 78 High Street, Kelvedon CO5 9AA. Doors open at 7.45pm and the meeting starts at 8.00pm. Parking is available nearby at a cost of £1 per evening. The entrance to the carpark is at the side of the Conservative Club.
We try to include a wide variety of subjects in our programme. As well as having an activity or an interesting speaker we also enjoy a social time with a cup of tea or coffee and a home-made cake.

At each meeting we hold a fun competition which is usually related in some way to the topic of the evening. All members are welcome to participate. Points are awarded for first, second and third in the competition and at our Annual Meeting the member with the most points is presented with a Silver Rosebowl.
These are on sale for £1 each at all meetings. The proceeds are donated to various chosen charities.
Members may bring to the meeting things they wish to sell such as garden produce, plants, jam, cakes or other items. The proceeds from any sales made are divided equally between WI funds and the member who brought them. Items must be priced and a list given to the stallholder. Any unsold goods must be taken home after the meeting.
We hold 100 sets of cutlery, which are available for hire.
